March 1 is a significant day for the residents of the MKR. Nizhny Togai of the city of Shardara, Turkestan region. On the first day of spring, KazTransGas Aimak JSC connected the neighborhood to natural gas. Thanks to the implementation of this project, the share of those provided with natural gas in the city of Shardara will amount to 100%.

People have been waiting for this event for almost two years. Construction and installation work began in August 2022. Now that all the crimping and testing work has been completed, residents of 657 houses have been able to connect their homes to the centralized gas supply.  Now they have to submit the relevant documentation in order to become subscribers and enjoy this benefit of civilization.

Congratulating the residents on this significant event, Director of the Turkestan production branch of KazTransGas Aimak JSC Nurzhan Tuimebayev spoke about the need to comply with safety rules when using natural gas.

“Gas is a blessing, but at the same time, when handling gas, safety must come first. And the rules are very simple – do not leave unattended working gas stoves and gas water heaters, do not let small children near gas equipment and regularly monitor the draft in the chimney,” said the director of the branch N.Tuimebayev.

It should be noted that blue fuel is supplied to the microdistrict from the automatic gas distribution station “Shardara”. The capacity is 50.0 thousand m3/hour. Now the station is loaded only at 15% of its capacity.

In general, the Shardara district is provided with natural gas by 48%.
