EVERYTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO ENSURE THAT CONSUMERS USE BLUE FUEL ALL YEAR ROUND

The heating season is the time of year when comfort and warmth in the house become especially important for residents. KazTransGas Aimak JSC is actively preparing for the upcoming heating season, and its management keeps all preparatory work under strict personal control.

During the trip to the east of the country, the General Director of KazTransGas Aimak JSC Bauyrzhan Askarov inspected the readiness of gas farms for the upcoming winter cold, located in the Zaisan district of East Kazakhstan region. For 10 years now, houses in the Zaisansky district have been heated with natural gas. 9 settlements and the city of Zaisan itself have been gasified here.

In addition to the detour of the gas industry, Bauyrzhan Askarov visited the house of a resident of Zaisan, Oralkhan Kusmanov. The meeting with him emphasized the economic efficiency of using natural gas. The owner of the house said that 10 years ago he was the first to connect his house to the gas supply and did not lose. Comparing the cost of natural gas with coal and firewood, Oralkhan aga pointed out the significant savings that residents of Zaisan receive by choosing gas. This allows you to save money that could have been spent on expensive types of solid fuels.

– A ton of coal costs 25 thousand tenge here, but we pay 8 thousand tenge for gas per month, if we use gas for 5 months, it turns out 40 thousand tenge. I would spend more than two hundred thousand tenge on solid fuel in the winter season. Therefore, I dismantled the shed where I stored coal and firewood, and in its place I laid out a blooming garden,” O. Kusmanov told the guests.

In turn, CEO Bauyrzhan Askarov stressed that the priority task for the company is readiness for the autumn-winter heating period. Constant monitoring of the work of gas farms in the regions of the country ensures stable and high-quality functioning of the gas supply system. He also noted that this year KazTransGas Aimak JSC installed shut-off ball valves on gas pipelines at its own expense, it is needed in order to minimize the consequences of accidents on the gas pipeline, that is, in case of an accident, it will be possible to turn off the gas pipeline point-by-point, and not the whole city as a whole.

Also, on the eve of the start of the heating season, gas workers urge Kazakhstanis to carefully consume gas and comply with safety rules. The key to safety is the timely periodic inspection and cleaning of chimneys and ventilation ducts in the house, the installation of alarms that respond to leaks with automatic disconnection from gas. These simple rules will help to avoid accidents when using natural gas.

The results of the inspection of the work on preparation for the heating season are obvious: the gas infrastructure in the East Kazakhstan region is 100% ready for the autumn-winter period. All planned activities have been successfully completed, and residents of the region can be sure of warmth and comfort in their homes.
