Integrated management system of the Company is based on the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 31000, state standards ST RK ISO 9001, ISO 9004 ST RK, ST RK ISO 50001 and methodology Excellence Model EFQM. The basis of the construction of IMS Company on the principles of quality management, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, risk management, energy saving and improving energy efficiency, corporate social responsibility, as well as — the fundamental concepts of Model EFQM.
Monitoring and control of process effectiveness and efficiency and of the Company as a whole is carried out by means of strategic controlling subsystem (Balanced Scorecard (BSC)), subsystem operative controlling and performance of key personnel (KPI)
The external assessment of compliance of the certified management subsystems is in accordance with the established procedure carried out.
Every year since 2013, conducted self-evaluation at all levels of the company in accordance with the “model of excellence EFQM”
In 2013, the company participated in the national competition of quality and won the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Altyn Sapa” in the nomination “the best company that provides services.” The award is the evidence of achievement of considerable results by the company in the field of ensuring quality of the rendered services, increase of their competitiveness. High scores on the evaluation criteria of the competition provided these approaches and results of the company, as — use high-quality management, implementation of international standards, customer satisfaction.
In October 2013 in Bangkok, the company was awarded the Asian award for excellence and best practice in the field of quality management of the Asian Organization for Quality (AsiaNetworkforQuality, ANQ, Bangkok). For the first time in the history of the Asian Network for Quality (ANQ) Kazakh Company in the provision of services has successfully passed all the official certification procedures and received a well-deserved award of the Asian continent.
In the framework of the VIII International Forum Quality in October 2013 the company was awarded a diploma “Kazakh leader quality 2013” for achievements in the field of corporate governance, the development of creativity and innovation aimed at improving the competitiveness of the organization.
In 2013, the company has introduced the practice of self-confidence of the European Foundation of Quality Management (EFQM) and has been validated to meet the level of perfection “Striving for Excellence” (“Committed to Excellence”)
